Aruba Leadership Summit Branded Collateral
Custom branding system created in-house for Prudential's internal annual leadership summit which is hosted in a different country every year. The event theme for 2007 was 'Find your moment in Aruba' and all collateral (print, package and gifts) were designed to invite guests to relax, enjoy, enrich and network with colleagues during their moments in Aruba. The whole branding for the event was focused around the idea of providing a sensory feeling of relaxation and thanks for the year's achievements. A custom logo was created that offered a sneak peek at the destination (before it was announced) as well as highlighted the year and was used on all print materials, as well as in seals for envelopes, printed on a tote bag and added to the microsite page. The shape of a soft wave was used both to house the photography, as well as a graphic background element to add to the beach theme. The color palette was then restricted to 3 colors: blue, green and soft gray to emphasize the logo's imagery of palm trees and sky, as well as promote a cool and tranquil effect. The branding direction was then carried through to the selection of envelopes, ribbons and giveaway items at the conference (a soft spa towel w/custom logo print, a beach bag, ocean scented SPF, flip-flops and the Schedule of Events Booklet - seen here) to create the whole experience.
